Collected Design System Work

Over my 15-year career, I have experience building and scaling design systems, teams, and processes of all shapes and sizes. I've contributed to enterprise-level systems at Microsoft, established B2C practices at Papa John's and RetailMeNot, and launched new brands at Khoros and the Austin Chamber. I believe in building cross-functionally, with an emphasis on optimization, accessibility, and visual design. Most recently, I used my experience to co-found Luro, a design system platform for building systems at scale.

  • Tracking Figma usage across multiple teams
  • Performance and accessibility auditing and monitoring
  • Tools for tracking component status, documentation, and ownership
  • Component integrations for Figma, Storybook, and GitHub
  • Ability to connect user testing and research data
